The service
Ascend is a school management service made by Naptrix Labs. A school's account covers the modules in its plan, for the period it has paid for.
Accounts
Each person signs in with their own email and password and keeps them private. The school decides who has an account and what each person may see, and removes access when someone leaves.
The school's data
The school is responsible for the records it adds being correct and for having the right to add them. The school owns its records and can ask us for a copy at any time.
Fair use
Do not try to reach another school's records, break the service, or use it to send messages people have not agreed to receive.
Availability
We work to keep Ascend running and its data safe, and we tell schools before planned changes that affect them.
